Expertise Solution Developer

The assignment will consist of: developing sprint user stories with unit testing. implementing automated tests under ATF. bringing necessary technical skills, particularly in grooming meetings. analyzing production feedback to provide fixes if necessary. The project is based on ServiceNow, so you will need to have skills in the ITSM (RITM/TASK) and CSM (Case) modules, which are the two modules currently used.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bac+5 training (engineering school or university) focused on IT, or equivalent experience.
3-7 years of experience in Solution Expertise (editor).
An experience in the retail/mass distribution sector would be an advantage.

  Master the functional and technical architecture of the software solution (ERP, CRM, specific SaaS) to exploit its full potential.
  Configure and customize modules and workflows in line with third-party processes and technical specifications.
  Manage Release Management: monitor updates, analyze the impact of new features, and coordinate version upgrades.
  Perform technical demonstrations (POC) and prototypes to validate the solution's suitability for future needs.
  Diagnose and resolve complex incidents (N3) related to the solution configuration or limitations.
  Collaborate with the editor for anomaly tracking and influencing the product roadmap.
  Communicate clearly and effectively in writing and orally in French for fluid interactions with the business and teams.
  Analyze situations and propose adapted solutions while identifying areas for improvement.
  Meet deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality and excellence.
