The Role
Our exploration administration team needs a third pair of hands. This is a 12-month parental leave cover role, working an 8/6 roster of 10 hour days on a Wednesday to Wednesday swing from our Perth head office.  You will share the mobilisation and onboarding load for exploration crews across our WA operations and help streamline the processes behind it.

You will join two experienced administrators who keep drill crews, contractors and visitors moving to and from our exploration projects. The workload is real and the systems are heavy on manual steps, which is exactly why this role exists. You will have time to learn the ropes properly before taking the lead.

What you'll be doing

• Process mobilisation, onboarding and site access requests in INX
• Book flights, accommodation and travel changes for exploration crews
• Schedule medicals, inductions and training ahead of each swing
• Keep rosters, travel manifests and compliance records accurate
• Prepare reports for compliance monitoring and end of month reporting
• Streamline the manual processes that slow the team down
• Share the daily workload with two experienced administrators
• Cover reception and pitch in across the wider admin team

What you'll bring
Essential

• Solid FIFO administration experience, including high volume mobilisation and onboarding
• Confident, accurate INX skills across InControl, InTuition and InFlight
• A background in site services or site administration
• The initiative to spot and fix inefficient processes
• A flexible, hands-on approach, including reception cover when needed
• A current West Australian C Class driver's licence and the ability to obtain a National Police Clearance

Desirable

• Formal qualification in business administration or similar
• Experience supporting gold mining or exploration teams
• Intermediate to advanced Excel and Word skills
