An exciting junior exploration company is expanding its gold exploration program and is seeking multiple Field Assistants to join their team. About the Role

Reporting to the Senior/Exploration Geologist, you'll provide essential field support across an active gold exploration program, including:

• Assisting with RC and/or diamond drilling programs – sample collection, logging support, and chip trays
• Sample preparation, bagging, and dispatch to the lab
• Maintaining accurate field records and databases
• General site support including mapping assistance and equipment maintenance
• Adhering to site safety standards and procedures at all times
• Supporting geologists with day-to-day field operations

About You

• Minimum 1 year's experience as a field assistant
• Current driver's licence (manual highly regarded)
• Current First Aid certificate (desirable)
• Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in remote conditions
• Strong safety mindset and reliable, can-do attitude
• Ability to work well within a close-knit field team
• Willingness to commit to an 8:6 FIFO roster
