Duties

• Coordinate between kitchen staff and servers to ensure timely delivery of dishes.
• Assist in food preparation and plating to meet presentation standards.
• Expedite orders by prioritizing dishes based on timing and complexity.
• Communicate clearly with kitchen staff regarding special requests, dietary restrictions, or modifications.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the expo station to support efficient workflow.
• Support food safety protocols by handling dishes properly and ensuring proper food handling procedures are followed.
• Buss tables as needed to support overall restaurant cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments is highly preferred.
• Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with kitchen staff and front-of-house team.
• Basic knowledge of food preparation, expediting, and food safety standards.
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
• Familiarity with POS systems and organizational skills to manage multiple orders simultaneously.
• Experience with banquet service, catering, or hotel food operations is a plus.
• Demonstrated teamwork, reliability, and a positive attitude toward guest service excellence.
