Duties

• Operate kitchen expo window safely and efficiently, maintaining cleanliness and proper sanitizing procedures
• Ensure adherence to food safety standards and sanitizing protocols to promote a safe dining environment
• Collaborate with chefs on menu planning ideas and ingredient sourcing to enhance culinary offerings
• Manage high-volume food production while maintaining consistency, quality, and timely service

• Ability to work efficiently in high-volume settings while adhering strictly to recipe guidelines
• Keen attention to detail, plate garnishing and delivery timing
