Responsibilities

• Efficiently deliver prepared food from the kitchen to tables or designated service areas, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met.
• Assist with food plating, garnishing, and presentation to uphold quality standards before serving.
• Support the cleaning and organization of work stations, including clearing tables, bussing dishes, and maintaining a tidy dining environment.
• Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of food trays, boxes, or supplies following safe lifting practices.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to coordinate timely food delivery and address any special guest requests or dietary needs.
• Support food safety protocols by adhering to proper handling procedures and maintaining cleanliness standards throughout service.
• Assist with basic food preparation tasks when needed, contributing to overall kitchen operations.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of POS systems such as Toast POS is a plus; strong communication skills are essential.
• Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting safely and efficiently.
• Familiarity with food safety practices and proper food handling procedures.
• Experience in bussing, cleaning, or supporting banquet events is advantageous.
• Excellent in-person customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced settings while maintaining attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
