Expo/Food Runner

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food Runner/expo to join our dynamic team. The Food Runner plays a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive their meals promptly and efficiently, contributing to an exceptional dining experience. This position requires strong communication skills and a passion for customer service, as you will be the vital link between the kitchen and the dining area.

Duties

• Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to guests in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation.
• Assist in bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during busy periods, including banquets and special events.
• Help with food handling and preparation as needed, adhering to safety and sanitation standards.
• Communicate effectively with both guests and team members to enhance the dining experience.
• Support culinary staff by assisting with various tasks in the kitchen when required.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food handling or as a expo is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
