EXPO / FOOD RUNNER / SERVER

$17–$21 per hour | Flexible Schedule | Part-Time / Full-Time

We have two locations: Cicero and Downtown Syracuse

We’re looking for someone who knows how to MOVE with purpose, SERVE with a smile, and PERFORM under pressure.

This position is a key part of the guest experience. You will help ensure every plate leaving the kitchen is accurate, clean, complete, and worthy of a 5-star experience while supporting the entire FOH team when things get busy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

EXPO & FOOD QUALITY

• Inspect every plate before it reaches the guest
• Verify food is accurate, complete, properly portioned, and presented to standard
• Ensure plates leave the kitchen looking like 5-star plates every time
• Communicate with the kitchen when corrections are needed
• Maintain accuracy and organization at the expo window
• Run food quickly while maintaining quality
• Deliver every plate with a smile and professional attitude

FOOD RUNNING & GUEST EXPERIENCE

• Deliver food to guests promptly and accurately
• Know table numbers and seat locations
• Check back when appropriate to ensure guests have what they need
• Address guest concerns professionally
• Assist with resolving complaints and involve management when necessary
• Treat every guest with patience, respect, and urgency

FOH SUPPORT

• Assist cashiers, servers, expo, and management during busy periods
• Restock FOH and expo supplies
• Fill and maintain seasonings, sauces, dressings, ramekins, and other service items
• Assist with plating and food preparation as directed
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and service-ready
• Complete cleaning and downtime tasks without being asked repeatedly
• Jump into whatever area needs support

DELIVERY / ONLINE ORDERS

• Monitor and manage DoorDash and other delivery-order issues
• Verify delivery orders are accurate and complete
• Communicate professionally with drivers
• Resolve order issues quickly or escalate to management when necessary

DURING BUSY TIMES & EVENTS

We need team members who thrive—not panic—when the restaurant gets busy.

Event days, weekends, promotions, and high-volume periods may require additional staffing and/or flexible shifts. Team members should be willing to assist where needed and understand that priorities can change quickly.

PAY

$17–$21/hour based on experience and performance
