EXPORT ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE

About the Role

We are looking for an Accounts Executive to manage export-related accounting, banking transactions, payments, invoicing, and merchant dealings. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in PCFC, export accounting, and bank coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle merchant dealings and day-to-day export finance activities.
• Manage PCFC (Packing Credit in Foreign Currency) transactions and documentation.
• Maintain export accounting and related financial records.
• Handle payments, receipts, and bank transactions.
• Coordinate with banks for export-related transactions, documentation, and follow-ups.
• Prepare and manage invoices and export-related documents..
• Ensure timely and accurate accounting entries and transaction processing.

Key Skills & Competencies

• B.Com with 2–5 years of relevant experience in Export Accounting, Banking, or related functions
• Hands-on experience in PCFC Working, Bank Handling & Coordination, Payments Handling
• Knowledge of Merchant Dealings, Taxation, Statutory Compliances, Invoicing
• Good accounting and reconciliation skills
• Strong attention to detail and follow-up abilities
• Exposure to export documentation and regulatory requirements
