What they need
- Retrieve and input shipping information into LIMOSA based on client documents.
- Obtain cargo details from the Airport team and complete air waybill execution.
- Apply rates, close transactions in LIMOSA, and print air waybills for distribution.
- Prepare consolidation pouch (AWB, cargo manifest, shipping docs, permits) for airline submission.
- Segregate billing copies of master air waybill and prepare debit notes for accounting.
- Generate and submit the Daily Billing & Verification Report (DBVR) to the accounting team.
- Ensure pre‑alert sending prior to shipment departure.
- Maintain responsiveness to client emails and requests.
