Export Area Manager

Kastamonu Entegre Ağaç Sanayi, one of the two locomotive companies of Hayat Holding, was established in 1969 for production in the wooden panel industry and today has become a global power, ranking 1st in Türkiye, 3rd in Europe, and 4th worldwide in its field.

Kastamonu Entegre Headquarters is looking for an “ Export Area Manager ” to join its Sales and Marketing team.

Job Role Details

• Manage and develop sales activities in assigned international markets
• Maintain and expand relationships with international customers and distributors
• Take orders, monitor risks, and manage collection processes for export accounts
• Develop export sales strategies aligned with target markets
• Conduct market visits, customer meetings, and represent the company abroad
• Analyze and report global market trends and competitor activities
• Achieve monthly and annual export sales targets
• Coordinate closely with logistics and related teams for export operations

Skills

• Strong communication and negotiation skills in international environments
• Intercultural awareness and global market perspective
• Results-oriented with strong planning and execution capabilities
• Proficiency in MS Office applications

Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 7 years of experience in export sales
• Fluency in English is required
• No travel restrictions (frequent international travel required)
