🚀 We Are Hiring: Export Area Sales Specialist!

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Export Area Sales Specialist to join our team in Istanbul. If you have a strong background in international trade and are ready to expand our global reach, we would love to meet you!

Role Description

• Executing international sales activities and planning marketing strategies in assigned regions in line with company targets.
• Conducting market research to identify and acquire new markets and customers.
• Increasing and maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Managing end-to-end communication with clients.
• Overseeing all internal and external processes from order placement to final delivery.
• Representing the company at international trade fairs and exhibitions.
• Conducting regular client and market visits abroad.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a relevant department.
• Minimum 5 years of experience, preferably in the packaging industry.
• Advanced fluency in both written and spoken English; knowledge of an additional language (preferably French) is a strong plus.
• Comprehensive knowledge of foreign trade legislation, payment methods, Incoterms, and logistics/shipping modes.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Strong follow-up and reporting skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and public-speaking abilities.
• Analytical mindset with strong negotiation, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• A strong team player.
• Military service completed (for male candidates).
• No restrictions for international/domestic travel.
• Holder of a valid Class B driver's license.
• Residing in Istanbul.
