Export Assistant – Europe | Temporary

Job Overview

Temporary Export Assistant position in Calexico supporting export operations for Europe. Responsible for order tracking, export documentation, system updates, and coordination with internal teams, freight forwarders, and customs brokers.

Duties

• Track and update export orders in SAP and Famous.
• Verify pricing, quantities, air waybills, and shipment information.
• Prepare and verify export documents and phytosanitary certificates.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, Shipping, Orders, and Packing teams.
• Maintain accurate spreadsheets, reports, and order records.
• Follow up on shipments and resolve documentation issues to prevent delays.
