• Responsible for managing and implementation of all operations and customer service in freight forwarding and customs clearance. - Provide the Coaching, Mentoring, Training to Staff to Develop their Skills. - Support Export Team for keeping the existing customers and approaching new customers. - Ensure the Performance of Costing, Selling, Profit in the Business Target Achievement.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. Bachelor’s degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, or equivalent.
2. Over 5 years of experience in the Freight Forwarding and/or Customs Clearance businesses.
3. Strong knowledge and experience in Freight Customer Service & Operations including both import and export.
4. Highly Leadership and Problem Solving Skill.
5. Good command of English

6.Experience with Cargo Wise will be considered an advantage.

7. Good commercial understanding with exposure to pricing, tenders, profitability management, and customer solutions.

8.Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
