Maintain accurate records for project stakeholders and promote proactive safety and quality management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate daily records of load-out, transit, positioning, and installation-related activities throughout execution.

  • Maintain professional communication with contractor teams, project representatives, and HSE functions.

Tasks

  • Review and understand RAMS and QHSE documentation before execution and stay current with revisions.

  • Synergi incident and safety-observation entries where required.
  • Clear and timely escalation of material safety, quality, and procedural concerns.

Decision Authority and Responsibility

  • No general contractual authority.

  • At least two years of relevant experience in cable load-out, marine, offshore, or a closely related package area preferred.
  • Marine-awareness qualifications appropriate to the package role are advantageous.
  • Strong working knowledge of RAMS, daily reporting, and contractor oversight, with clear communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and internet-based tools; experience with Daily Progress Reporting and Synergi is beneficial.
  • Background verification required before onboarding.

Additional Information

  • Quayside, site-based assignment in Szczecin, Poland.
