·   AES filing experience is required.

·   Strong knowledge of ocean export documentation, customs procedures, carrier requirements, and international shipping processes.

·   Excellent customer service, communication, and follow-up skills.

·   Strong organization, attention to detail, problem-solving, and time-management skills.

·   Ability to manage multiple shipments and changing priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

·   Proficiency in Microsoft Office and freight forwarding or logistics management systems; CargoWise experience is strongly preferred.

·   Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills are a plus.

·   Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, International Trade, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
