The Opportunity:

Join us on a 12-month contract c overing a key business period, with the opportunity to gain valuable international trade and export experience within a global business with a possibility of extension. Working closely with Commercial and Supply Chain teams, you will manage end-to-end export logistics, documentation, and shipment coordination to ensure products are delivered accurately, efficiently, and in line with international trade requirements.

What you’ll do:

• Coordinate export shipments from order through to delivery.
• Prepare and manage export documentation to ensure compliance.
• Liaise with freight providers, cold stores and production sites.
• Track shipments and proactively resolve logistics issues.
• Support customers by responding to enquiries and providing shipment updates.
• Work closely with Commercial and Supply Chain teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Assist with invoicing and shipment release processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve export and logistics processes.

What you’ll bring:

• Experience in logistics, supply chain, customer service, freight forwarding or export coordination. Exposure to export documentation and international trade processes will be highly regarded, but not essential.
• Strong administrative and systems skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience in agriculture, food, or perishable exports is highly regarded.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective stakeholder relationships.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative mindset with the confidence to work independently when needed.
• Strong sense of ownership and commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience.
