Export Coordinator

Australian Grain Export are seeking an experienced Export Coordinator, or experienced operations team member looking to take the next step in their career. The opportunity exists to take on the Export Manager role for the right candidate.

The Export Coordinator will be the primary point of contact for our site as relating to Export activity and will own the planning and administrative functions as well as .

This is an on-site role based at Dublin, South Australia.

Standard working hours are 7am - 3:15pm

Immediate start

Duties:

·                Primary contact for AGE Shipping and Dublin Operations

·                Planning and Logistics in conjunction with AGE Trading and internal stakeholders

·                Coordination of transport to / from the site

·                Rostering of Export operations team members and liaising with other departments

·                Inventory management and reconciliation to effectively manage stocks

·                Contribution to problem solving and continuous improvement initiatives

·                Contribute to site recruitment, staff training and cross-training

·                Operations administration

·                Data capturing

About You:

·                Experience in Export or Operations in a grain facility or similar industry

·                People management experience is essential

·                Clear and effective communicator

·                Planning experience and the ability to manage export schedules

·                Ability to problem solve in a dynamic environment

·                Reliable and hard working

·                Team player

·                Safety conscious

·                Willingness to undertake additional training and accreditation, including:

• Authorised Officer training
• GTA Sampling
• OHS&W
• Fumigation

Authorised Officer and Fumigation qualifications would be highly regarded, as would experience in operating a container reach stacker.
