Export Coordinator – Caribbean and Central America (32–40 hours)

Circle Ingredients BV is a fast-growing international supplier of ingredients and chemicals, active in distribution to the Caribbean and Latin America. To ensure our continued growth and quality, we are looking for an export coordinator who will be responsible for the smooth processing of our international orders and who will support our (international) sales staff.

Your Role

As an export coordinator, you’ll serve as a key link between the sales department, logistics partners, and customers. You’ll ensure that international orders are processed efficiently and shipped correctly, which directly contributes to customer satisfaction and commercial success. You’re meticulous, a strong communicator, and have an eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinating and processing international export orders
• Supporting the sales team in order fulfillment and logistics coordination
• Organizing and monitoring international shipments (by sea, air, and road)
• Preparing and verifying export and shipping documents
• Working with and correctly applying Incoterms
• Maintaining contact with freight forwarders, warehouses, suppliers, and customers
• Ensuring compliance with international trade and export regulations

Your Profile

• At least a vocational education (MBO) level of work and thinking skills
• Flexible and able to handle stress in a dynamic work environment
• Experience in international distribution and export logistics
• Demonstrable work experience of at least 2 years
• Good knowledge of Incoterms
• Structured, accurate, and proactive work style
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
• Proficiency in Dutch and Spanish is a plus
