EXPORT COORDINATOR

Key Responsibilities:

· Familiar with the export, import flow and procedures

· Handle the full set of import and export documentation.

· Coordinate closely with agents, customers (shippers/consignees), shipping lines and warehouses to ensure timely delivery.

· Monitor shipment status and proactively update customers on progress or exceptions.

· Oversee the document to ensure smooth end-to-end operations.

· Ensure full compliance with customs regulations and company SOPs.

· Support internal teams with day-to-day operational and administrative tasks.

· Familiarity with MTIB, Fumigation, and Phytosanitary processes is an added advantage.

What We’re Looking For

· Minimum 2 years an above of experience in freight forwarding or logistics operations

· Strong understanding of shipping documentation and customs procedure

· Excellent problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills.

· Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

· Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks under pressure.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic logistics/forwarding systems.

· Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
