Export Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking an Export Coordinator to join our dynamic freight and cargo forwarding team based in Angeles City, Pampanga. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the export of goods, ensuring smooth operations from order processing through to final shipment. You will be a key member of our logistics team, working closely with customers, suppliers, and internal departments to facilitate timely and compliant export operations. This position is critical to maintaining our reputation for reliability and efficiency in the freight forwarding industry.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing export documentation including invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading
• Support compliance with international trade regulations and export controls
• Coordinate with internal teams and external freight forwarders to ensure timely shipments
• Maintain accurate records of export transactions and assist with audits
• Communicate with customers and partners regarding shipment status and documentation requirements
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance export processes

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in International Business, Logistics, or a related field
• With experience in export documentation
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
