What they need
- Attend to customer enquiries efficiently via email or phone.
- Fully handle overall operation of the Cargo for Sea Freight Export, Logistics and Documents Control.
- Manage & monitor daily shipment activities.
- Expert in Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook.
- Provide quality service to existing and new customers.
- Any other duties as and when assigned from time to time.
- Minimum 2 years working experience in Freight Forwarder field.
- Both can handle Import & export considered as an extra advantage.
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
