Export Customer Service

1. Arrange and manage vessel bookings through shipping line websites (ONE, CMA CGM, MSC, Maersk, Evergreen, Wan Hai, etc)
2. Familiar with export operations from Indonesia to the US and Canada.
3. Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Business, or related field.
4. Handle customer inquiries and resolve export operation issues in a timely and professional manner.
5. At least 1–3 years of customer service experience in export cs and operations.
6. Proficient in English (oral & written) and Microsoft Office.
7. Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

1. Serve as the primary contact for clients regarding export shipments.
2. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate shipment updates.
3. Coordinate with internal export operations to ensure timely shipment execution.
4. Maintain customer records and documentation.
5. Resolve shipment issues or delays in coordination with carriers and freight forwarders.
