Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced Export Documentation Specialist to join our team in Mega Kuningan, South Jakarta. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end export documentation, liaising with shipping liners and suppliers, and ensuring seamless international logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, verify, and process complete set of export documents on time.
- Manage and handle Letters of Credit (L/C) processing, ensuring strict compliance with banks and international trade regulations.
- Process and coordinate Switch Bills of Lading (Switch BL) for cross-border shipments.
- Coordinate effectively with shipping lines/liners, freight forwarders.
- Liaise with internal suppliers, vendors, regarding documentation / all issues
- Monitor export shipments from origin to destination and proactively resolve any logistics disruptions or document discrepancies.
- Maintain organized digital and physical archives of all export transactions for audit and reporting purposes.
