Export Documentation Responsibilities – Granite Export Company

• Prepare and verify export documents including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Bill, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, Export Declaration, Insurance Certificate, and other statutory documents required for customs clearance.
• Coordinate with CHA (Customs House Agent), freight forwarders, shipping lines, transporters, and inspection agencies for smooth export operations.
• Ensure compliance with DGFT, Indian Customs, GST, RBI, and other applicable export regulations.
• Prepare and submit documentation required for bank negotiation under Letter of Credit (LC), Documents Against Payment (D/P), and Documents Against Acceptance (D/A) transactions.
• Track container movement, vessel schedules, and shipment status, and provide timely updates to overseas customers.
• Maintain accurate export records, shipping documents, and statutory registers for audits and compliance.
• Coordinate with production, quality, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch of granite blocks, slabs, and monuments.
• Resolve documentation discrepancies and shipment-related issues to avoid delays in customs clearance.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
