What they need
Booking to carrier both sea, air and domestic
Sending of ATW/BC to client
Monitors the vessel status with carriers of any delays
Inform carriers of delays if any
HBL preparation
Create FSI to carriers
Handle request for payments from carriers or suppliers in a timely manner avoiding late payments
Sends complete sets of pre alert documents to agents
Checking emails and Folders.
10.Create Folders for Export SEA/AIR and Domestic shipments.
11.Update Client status of their shipment.
12.Create billing Export- LCL/FCL/Air and domestic shipments.
13.Assist to provide quotation.
14.Assist Shipping/Airline inquiry.
15.Assist agent inquiry.
Pay: Php21,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per hour
