The Position
We are on the lookout for the next customer service guru to join our dynamic fast paced team!  You will be part of an environment where we foster and support a positive team culture, work hard and have fun.

Primary task and responsibilities are:

• Coordination of all our customers documentation requirements
• Timely processing of shipping data and producing legal documents
• Liaising with off shore MSC agents, and verifying local import requirements
• Respond to a wide range of our customer documentation queries.

We are looking for the below skills & experience:

• Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise at all levels
• Strong commitment to providing high quality customer service
• Professional and courteous communication skills
• Intermediate computer literacy in Microsoft Office Suite
