Open Country Dairy is seeking an organised and detail -focused Export Documentation Coordinator to join our Customer Support Team.

In this role, you will prepare and manage export and domestic documentation, ensure compliance with trade and customer requirements, and work closely with customers, freight providers, banks, and regulatory agencies to support the successful delivery of products worldwide.

About the Role

• Prepare and issue export documentation accurately and on time.
• Coordinate customs, certification and shipping documentation.
• Ensure compliance with customer, country and regulatory requirements.
• Resolve documentation queries and support customers and stakeholders.
• Identify process improvements and support e-documentation initiative

About You

• Experience in export documentation, logistics or international trade.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Dairy industry experience or knowledge of MPI requirements is advantageous
