EXPORT DOCUMENTATION COORDINATOR

Our client is a well-regarded Australian export company that is going from strength to strength. They have established offices across Australia and an excellent reputation for quality and excellence.

This position reports to the General Manager – WA. It is a vital role in their busy team and it also contributes significantly to the smooth execution of their daily operations.

Specifically, duties will include:

• Preparation of Export Documents including Letter of Credits, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Forwarding Instruction for Bill of Lading and Phytosanitary Certificates
• Coordinate export cargo by liaising with shipping lines, transport companies and regulatory authorities
• General administration duties as required

To be considered for this role, candidates MUST have previous experience in export  coordination and documentation in a similar role. Letters of credit experience is essential.

Someone with excellent people skills and who is well organised, with the ability to cope with seasonally heavy workloads would enjoy this fulfilling role.
