(Mức lương: 9 - 12 triệu VNĐ)

• Follow and submit SI/VGM to the Carrier/Co-loader (Filling AFR, ENS, AMS if any).
• Require & check SI, make HBLs to customers
• Send pre-alert to agent (Debit/credit/ MBL / HBL / manifest)
• Contact & chase carrier, LOGS service to provide DN/ invoice, input the carrier, customs/trucking, overseas AP, make payment request to carrier and collect MBL original/telex
• Follow OP/sale quotation to issue debit, cross check if any difference with costing, send to customer confirm, post debit in system for finance to issue invoice
• Follow customer's payment & issue HBL original/telex
• Monitor and notify shipment status if there are changes during transportation.

Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu): Đại Học

Yêu cầu công việc:

• From 1 year experience in logistics/freight forwarding/import – Export.
• College or Bachelor's degree in Foreign Trade/ Economic/Import – Export/ Logistics
• Working experience using Microsoft Office Suite (especially Microsoft Excel)
• Good command of spoken & written English, Chinese is a plus
• Attention to detail with a teamwork spirit
• Able to work under pressure; good time management skills
