What they need
Role & responsibilities
Verifiy the CIPL documents as received from materials team and request for amendments required if any.
Send CIPL docs to CHA for duty checklist and update in our daily status report (DSR)
Verify & approve the customs duty ensuring same is calculated correctly in the checklist as per correct HSN codes applicable
Verify & finalize HSN codes applicable basis technical writeups being provided from various team
Ensure Bill of Entry is filed by CHA same as per checklist confirmation by us
Ensure ontime Bill of Entry being filed by CHA
Arrange customs duty processing in GERP
Arrange customs duty payment as per Bill of Entry received (deferred / Transaction) as applicable
Tracking of deferred duty payment cycle as per 15 days schedule
Communication with Transporters
Preferred candidate profile
Proficient in MS Excel
Only male candidate
