Location: Mylapore / Thousand Lights, Chennai

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage export documentation including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Bill, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, etc.
• Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customers for export shipments.
• Handle shipping and customs documentation and ensure timely submission.
• Track shipment status and maintain proper records of export transactions.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatch, and shipment documentation.
• Ensure documentation is accurate and compliant with export procedures and regulations.

Requirements

• Any Degree / Diploma.
• 1–4 years of experience in Export Documentation / Logistics / Shipping.
• Knowledge of export procedures, shipping documentation, and customs processes.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel.

Salary

₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience and skills)

Location: Chennai – Mylapore / Thousand Lights
