Export Documentation Executive

Job Title: Export Documentation ExecutiveJob Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Export Documentation to manage and execute pre-shipment and post-shipment documentation processes. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate export documents, coordinating with internal teams and logistics partners, and ensuring timely completion of documentation as per export requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle pre-shipment and post-shipment documentation.
• Prepare Packing Lists and Export Invoices.
• Prepare Customs Invoices and required Annexures, including RoDTEP-related documentation.
• Handle VGM and BRC-related work.
• Coordinate and process Health Certificates and other required certificates.
• Handle Shipping Bill filing and related documentation.
• Prepare and verify BL (Bill of Lading) drafts.
• Scan, organize, and share export documents with customers and concerned parties.
• Coordinate and follow up for container status and movement.
• Maintain proper records of export documentation and ensure timely completion of all assigned tasks.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good follow-up and time-management skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
