Export Documentation Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process export documents invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, shipping bill, etc.
• Ensure compliance with DGFT, customs, and international trade regulations (FEMA, FTP)
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA, banks, and customs for smooth shipment clearance
• Handle LC (Letter of Credit) documentation and bank negotiation documents
• Track shipments and ensure timely dispatch as per export schedules
• Maintain export records, licenses (IEC, RCMC) and ensure timely renewals
• Liaise with internal teams (sales, finance, warehouse) for order-to-shipment coordination
• Handle DGFT portal filings, incentive claims (RoDTEP, duty drawback, etc.)
• Create and manage export documentation, shipment tracking, and billing entries in SAP.

Requirements:

• Graduate/Diploma in International Trade, Logistics, or related field
• 2–5 years' experience in export documentation
• Working knowledge of customs procedures, Incoterms, and export-import regulations
• Hands-on experience with SAP (SD/MM module) for order processing, billing, and shipment documentation
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/export documentation software
• Strong attention to detail and coordination skills
