Export Documentation Executive

• Export Documentation Specialist / Executive: Prepares, reviews, and compiles all outbound shipping paperwork. Ensures data accuracy across forms. Shipping Solutions software +2
• Logistics & Shipping Coordinator: Books cargo space, communicates with freight forwarders, and syncs factory dispatches with container loading. repc.in +2
• Compliance / Customs Officer: Verifies Harmonized System (HS) codes, manages restricted party screenings, and ensures adherence to destination-specific trade regulations.
• Finance & Accounts Liaison: Handles Letter of Credit (LC) negotiations and coordinates banking documentation for timely payment realization
• Preparing Core Shipping Documents: Create and verify the Commercial Invoice (foundation of the shipment), detailed Packing Lists, Bill of Lading (B/L) or Airway Bill, and Certificate of Origin (COO).
• Ensuring Technical & Regulatory Compliance: Attach required safety, quality, or material test certificates, and correctly declare part identifiers like HS codes for precision components (e.g., engine parts, electronics).
• Managing Customs Declarations: File export declarations/shipping bills with customs authorities to permit legal border exit.
• Handling Letter of Credit (LC) Terms: Strictly cross-examine documents against banking and LC requirements to prevent payment delays or rejections from international buyers.
• Coordination with Stakeholders: Maintain active communication channels between internal manufacturing plants, external freight forwarders, customs brokers, and banking institutions

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
