Export Documentation Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced International Export Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in international exports, including comprehensive knowledge of export documentation and Incoterms. The role requires proficiency in navigating various shipping line portals for booking and follow-up purposes. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for this position. The candidate must be ready to work a fixed night shift from 7 pm to 4 am.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee international export operations.
• Prepare and handle all necessary export documentation, ensuring compliance with international regulations.
• Utilize Incoterms knowledge to determine the responsibilities and risks of buyers and sellers in international trade.
• Navigate different shipping line portals efficiently to book shipments and follow up on their status.
• Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and shipping lines to coordinate and ensure timely shipments.
• Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to export shipments.
• Maintain accurate records of all export transactions and documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize export processes and improve efficiency.
• Stay updated on international trade regulations and industry best practices.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in the international exports field.
• Strong knowledge of export documentation and Incoterms.
• Proficiency in navigating shipping line portals for booking and follow-up.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work a fixed night shift from 7 pm to 4 am.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Familiarity with international trade regulations and compliance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Experience with logistics software and export management systems.
