Muenzer Bharat Private Limited is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional to join our Trading & Alternative Feedstocks team in Mumbai.

Location: Mumbai

Position: Trade Operations & Export Documentation Executive

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day trade operations and export documentation.
• Prepare and verify invoices, shipping documents, and other export paperwork.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, freight forwarders, and logistics partners.
• Track shipments and ensure timely completion of documentation.
• Maintain accurate records and support compliance with export procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience in Trade Operations / Export Documentation preferred.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and documentation processes.
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
