Job description
Maintaining and managing the export records & files.
Preparing the entire post shipment documentation.
Drafting the daily, weekly, monthly reports such as collection, receivable, outstanding, overdues, etc. and forwarding it to the senior manager.
Entering the daily export data in the computer, intimating the customer’s in advance about due dates and ensuring timely payments.
Preparing requisition for Cheque of payment to liners & co-loaders.
Sending Stuffing & Loading Confirmation.
Releasing HBL to the shippers and MBL from Liners & co-loaders.
Make Bill of Lading & Container Booking.
Sending export manifest to overseas agents.
Planning LCL & FCL containers through different lines & co-loaders.
Making tracking reports for various consignees.
Getting remarks and feedback from the customers about the products.
Handling Free Hand shipment, Nomination shipment and Ex-work shipment
