Job highlights

• Minimum Qualifications: Graduate .

• Experience of 3 - 5 years . Good communication skills (English) . Key Skills . .

• Responsible for Post Documentation, preparing export Invoice, packing List under Letter of credit, tracking Shipment, Coordination with Overseas Offices.

• Handling / Checking Export documents and submission to Banks.

• Keeping track of remittances received and providing details to Accounts Invoice wise

• Coordination with Operation team for the tracking of documents movement, submission and follow up for acceptance/payments etc.

• Checking the Payments received, Bank charges related to the Export transactions

• Coordination with Banks and internal team for the completion of related works and follow-up.

• Preparing REPORTS related to the work to inform the pending issues, stays action taken / being taken etc.

To qualify, successful applicants must possess:

• Minimum Qualifications: Graduate
• Experience of 3 - 5 years
• Good communication skills (English)
