Export Documentation Executive

Hiring: Exports Documentation Executive – Leather Manufacturing Company

We are looking for an experienced Exports Documentation Executive to manage export documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and verify export documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, shipping instructions, and shipping bills.
• Coordinate the preparation of certificates of origin, applicable inspection certificates, and other documents required by customers or importing countries.
• Prepare and coordinate documentation for bills of lading, air waybills, and other transport documents.
• Ensure export documents comply with customer requirements, customs regulations, and applicable export procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of export orders, shipments, invoices, and document submissions.

Requirements:

• Graduate in Commerce or a related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in leather, footwear, garment, or leather goods exports.
• Knowledge of export procedures, customs documentation, and Incoterms.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, email communication, and ERP systems.
• Strong coordination, communication, and documentation skills.

Recommendation: For a leather manufacturing company, prioritize candidates with experience coordinating buyer-specific packing requirements, shipping marks, carton details, freight forwarders, customs clearance, and export documentation for international buyers.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
