Export Documentation Executive

Job Responsibility :-

• Prepare export documents such as Commercial Invoice, Packing List, and Shipping Instructions.
• Handle Letter of Credit (LC) documentation and compliance.
• Coordinate with banks, CHA, shipping lines, and freight forwarders.
• Arrange Certificate of Origin (COO), Bill of Lading, and other required certificates.
• Ensure compliance with DGFT, Customs, and RBI export regulations.
• Track export shipments and maintain documentation records.
• Coordinate with the Sales, Logistics, and Accounts departments for timely export dispatch and payment realization.
• Prepare and verify shipping bills and export declarations.
• Handle e-BRC, FIRC, and export payment follow-ups with banks.
• Verify LC terms and ensure compliance before shipment.
• Coordinate for IEC, AD Code, and customs documentation.
• Maintain export data in ERP and prepare shipment reports.
• Verify GST, LUT, and applicable export tax documentation.
• Coordinate container booking, loading, and dispatch schedules.
• Follow up on pending export payments and bank document negotiation.
• Maintain records of HS codes, product specifications, and country-wise requirements.
• Ensure timely submission of documents to banks and customers.

Skill & Requirement :-

• Education :- Any Degree
• Experience :- Min 2 year
• Salary :- 20k to 35k CTC Per Month
