Export Documentation Executive

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Export Executive to manage export documentation, shipment coordination, and day-to-day export operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare export documents, including invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, certificates of origin, and other required paperwork.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs agents, and shipping lines for smooth and timely shipments.
• Manage export orders from confirmation to final delivery.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure orders are processed and dispatched on time.
• Monitor shipment status and keep customers informed about delivery updates.
• Ensure compliance with export regulations and maintain accurate shipment records.
• Handle customer queries and resolve documentation or logistics-related issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, International Business, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in export documentation or export operations.
• Knowledge of international shipping, customs procedures, and export documentation.
• Good communication, organisational, and coordination skills.
• Working knowledge of MS Office and ERP software.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
