Export Documentation Intern

📌 Job Description:

• Assist the Export Documentation team in preparing and processing shipping documents such as Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin (COO), and other required documents.
• Assist in checking the accuracy and completeness of export documentation before submission.
• Support the team in coordinating with internal departments, customers, shipping lines, and vendors to collect the necessary shipment information and documents.
• Learn and assist in ensuring export documentation complies with applicable shipping, customs, and trade requirements.
• Assist in preparing and submitting documents to relevant parties within the required deadlines.
• Maintain and organize export documentation and shipment records properly.
• Assist the team in identifying and following up on documentation discrepancies or missing information.
• Provide administrative and documentation support to the Export Operations, Sales, and Customer Service teams when needed.
• Gain practical knowledge of export processes, shipping documentation, customs procedures, and freight forwarding operations.

• Final-year student or Fresh Graduate from any major.
• Graduated from any recognized university.
• Interested in learning about freight forwarding, export, logistics, and shipping documentation.
• High enthusiasm for learning and willingness to develop new skills.
• Good organizational and multitasking skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work accurately with documents.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
