Export Documentation Manager

Role & responsibilities
We are looking for a proactive Export Logistics Executive to manage end-to-end sea export shipments, documentation, customs clearance, LC compliance, and banking formalities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage FCL/LCL sea export shipments and coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders and CHA agents.
• Prepare and verify export documents including Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Bill, B/L, COO and related documents.
• Coordinate customs clearance, container movement, vessel schedules and shipment tracking.
• Scrutinise LC terms and ensure LC-compliant documentation as per UCP 600.
• Handle bank submission, export proceeds realisation, BRC and EDPMS compliance.
• Maintain shipment/document records and prepare MIS reports.
• Ensure compliance with DGFT, RBI, Customs and EXIM regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, Logistics or related field.
• 26 years' experience in export logistics/documentation.
• Hands-on experience in sea exports (FCL/LCL).
• Good knowledge of LC, ICEGATE, EDPMS, Incoterms 2020 and export documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Word; ERP experience is an advantage.
