What they need
Handling the full set of export documents, such as:
- Preparation of bills of lading, invoices, insurance documents, shipping line drafts, and manifests for agents.
- Customs filing for Japan, EU, Canada, and the USA.
- Performing any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisors.
Job Requirement
- Minimum qualification: completed secondary school or equivalent
- No prior experience is required; comprehensive training will be provided.
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accurate documentation.
- Willing to learn, adapt, and work effectively as part of a team.
- Pleasant and positive personality with a professional attitude
Transportation
