Export Documentation Specialist (MCC Project)

• Collaborate with warehouse teams to receive Stuffing Lists and Tally Sheets to issue accurate shipping documents based on actual consolidation data.
• Request SI/VGM/ISF from shipper/warehouse.
• Issue MBL/HBL for consolidated MCC containers sourced from multiple origins.
• Execute shipping manifest declarations (AMS/ISF).
• Check AMS/ACI/ISF status.
• Update shipment status and documents on T360 and BBR system.
• Issue Debit Notes (DN), Credit Notes (CN), and other necessary documents.
• Send pre-alert after vessel departure, issue Debit/Credit Notes, SWB/HBL telex released, and full document sets to destination agents within agreed SOP.

Yêu cầu công việc:

• 1–2 years of experience in export documentation within the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
• Proficiency in logistics systems.
• Solid understanding of AMS/ISF filings and international B/L regulations.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under tight vessel cut-off time.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
