Roles and Responsibilities
- Prepare export documentation, including commercial invoices, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and other relevant documents.
- Coordinate with shipping agents to ensure timely clearance of goods through customs.
- Manage EXIM processes such as DGFT (Directorate General of Foreign Trade) regulations and obtain necessary licenses or permits for exports.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to imports and exports.
- Maintain accurate records of shipment tracking numbers, delivery status updates from shipping agents.
- He should have good knowledge of exports related work. Should know all B2B and B2C platforms working like Alibaba, Indiamart and domestic sale and online sale etc. Also some knowledge of Export related documents and calling to buyer.
