Export Executive

Job Purpose:
Handle and monitor Export shipments to ensure timely execution, accuracy, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle and coordinate daily export shipments (Air, Sea, or Cross-border).
• Prepare and verify shipping documents (HBL/MBL, Invoice, Packing List, D/O, customs declaration).
• Liaise with customers, carriers, co-loaders, trucking companies, and overseas agents to ensure timely operations.
• Work closely with the Head Office in Vietnam for shipment instructions, documentation, and system updates.
• Monitor shipment status and proactively update customers and Head Office on any changes or incidents.
• Ensure compliance with local customs regulations and international shipping requirements.
• Support Customer Service & Sales teams with operational details when required.
• Manage data entry and billing tasks related to operations in the internal system.
• Solve problems during the shipment process and provide solutions to clients and management.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in logistics.
• Good knowledge of Incoterms, shipping documents, and export processes.
• Careful, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
• Basic English proficiency (spoken & written).
