What they need
Roles and Responsibilities
- Prepare export documentation, including pre-shipment and post-shipment documents.
- Coordinate with overseas buyers regarding shipment details and follow up on pending issues.
- Ensure timely submission of export documents to banks for letter of credit (LC) opening and amendments.
- Maintain accurate records of exports, including packing lists, commercial invoices, and other relevant documents.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to exports.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3-7 years of experience in export documentation or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of DGFT regulations and procedures.
- Proficiency in preparing various types of export documents such as commercial invoices, bills of lading, certificates of origin etc.
