Export Executive

Opening for Export Executive @ Mumbai (Andheri).

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare Shipping Papers: Create commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and bills of lading (B/L).
• Handle Compliance: Ensure all exports meet local and international customs laws, trade agreements, and product rules.
• Coordinate Logistics: Work with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and Custom House Agents (CHA) to keep cargo moving.
• Track Consignments: Monitor shipment progress until delivery and update internal teams or buyers.
• Manage Records: Keep centralized, organized digital files of pre-shipment and post-shipment documents.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, International Business, or a related field.
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in MS Excel and logistics/ERP software.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with Incoterms, Letter of Credit (L/C) terms, and customs clearance procedures.
• Soft Skills: High attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and clear written and verbal communication.
• Typing speed of 40 wpm
